2019年6月27日から28日にかけて第4回世界会議（ESAG）ヨーロッパ美容婦人科学会が、エジンバラのエジンバラ国際会議場にて開催されました。
The 4th World Congress (ESAG) European Society of Aesthetic Gynecology was held from 27-28 June 2019
in Edinburgh at the Edinburgh International Conference Center.

2日間の会議は、婦人科手術について広い範囲で行われました。手術以外でダウンタイムがより少ない方法も含まれておりました。
現在では、世界中で非常に少ないダウンタイムの方法が選ばれる傾向になってきております。
いわゆるLunchtime procedures。これらは、レーザーまたはR.F.のようなEBD（エネルギーベースの機械）で行うことができます。
例えばレーザー・R・F（高周波）熱を利用して若返り効果が得られます。
ヒアルロン酸（HA Fillers）注射の使用や、脂肪注入移植も可能です。
また、肥大した恥丘と大陰唇の脂肪吸引もできます。
PRP（高濃度血小板血漿）を女性器に注入することにより性器の若返りに効果があります。
The congress for 2days covered several aspects of Aesthetic Gynecology Surgery.
It covered not only Surgery but also non surgical procedures with very little down time.
So called Lunchtime procedures.
These can be with EBD(Energy Based Devices)like Lasers or R.F(Radiofreguency).
We can also use injections like Hyaluronic Acid(HA Fillers).
PRP injections to rejuvenate the female genital area.
Also Fat grafting.And Liposuction of hypertropied Mons Pubis or Labia Major.
